GMP+ Yem Sertifikasyon Programı
 
GMP+ Yem Sertifikasyon programı – FSA (Yem Güvenliği Güvencesi) modülü, Hollanda yem endüstrisi tarafından 1992 yılında yem tedarik zincirinin tamamında güvenliği sağlamak amacıyla geliştirilen uluslararası bir programdır. Hammaddelerden nihai ürüne, depolamadan taşımaya kadar tüm aşamalarda riskleri kontrol ederek hayvan ve gıda güvenliğini garanti eder.
 
GMP+ FSA Yem Güvenliği Sisteminin Temelleri
 
GMP+ Yem Sertifikasyon programı, HACCP prensiplerine dayanmaktadır ve yem endüstrisine özgü riskleri yönetmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Sistem; üretim, ticaret, depolama ve taşıma aşamalarının her adımında izlenebilirlik ve kalite kontrolü sağlar.
 
Program dört ana yapıdan oluşmaktadır:
 

• Genel (Çerçeve) Belgeler (F belgeleri);
• Normatif Belgeler (R ve TS belgeleri);
• Sertifikasyon Gereksinimleri (CR belgeleri) ve;
• Destek Belgeleri (S belgeleri).

 
Bu belgeler, farklı faaliyet alanları için tanımlanmış standartları ve uygulama kurallarını içerir.
 
Güvenilir Sertifikasyon
 
Hollanda merkezli Kiwa VERIN, iş ortağı NİSSERT ile birlikte 2007 yılından beri Türkiye'de GMP+ standardı kapsamında sertifikasyon hizmetleri sunmaktadır. NİSSERT, Türk GMP+ denetçilerinden oluşan havuzuyla Kiwa VERIN'i destekleyen tek kuruluştur. Türk denetçilerin katılımıyla Kiwa VERIN, GMP+ denetimlerini gerçekleştirecek ve GMP+ sertifikalarını verecektir.
 
GMP+ sertifikasyonu ile işletmeler şunları yapabilir:

• Yem Güvenliğini Garanti Etmek: Üretim, ticaret, depolama ve diğer süreçlerdeki riskleri en aza indirir.
• Uluslararası Güven Kazanmak: Küresel pazarlarda tanınırlık sağlar ve ihracat avantajları sunar.
• Sürdürülebilir Üretim Yaklaşımını Güçlendirmek: Hayvan ve insan sağlığına katkıda bulunur.

 
1992 yılından beri geliştirilen GMP+'ın temel prensibi, hayvan yemi zincirindeki tüm tarafların dahil edilmesidir.
 
GMP+ ile ilgili belgeler aşağıdaki gibi numaralandırılmıştır:
 

• Genel (Çerçeve) Belgeler: Bu belgeler, şirketlerin ve belgelendirme kuruluşlarının belgelendirme programına katılımı için gereken şartları (Çerçeve Yönetmeliği, logo kullanımı vb.) içerir. Bu seri, genel bir tanım ve kısaltma listesini içerir.
• Normatif Belgeler: Bu belgeler, şirket tarafından çeşitli yem ürünleri ve üretim aşamalarıyla ilgili olarak kullanılacak uluslararası standartları içerir; bunlar arasında yetiştirme ve endüstriyel üretim, arıtma ve işleme, toplama, ticaret, taşıma, depolama ve transfer yöntemleri yer alır.
• Belgelendirme Gereksinimleri: Bu belgeler, denetimleri, minimum denetim süresini, değerlendirme kriterlerini vb. içerir. Denetim sıklığı ve belgelendirme kuruluşları tarafından denetimlerin nasıl yapıldığı da ele alınmıştır. Belgelendirme kuralları ve belgelendirme kuruluşları ve denetçiler tarafından onaylanması için gereken bilgiler de dahil olmak üzere GMP+ belgelendirme sürecini açıklar.
• Destek Belgeleri (Yorumlar ve Ek Metinler): Yukarıda belirtilen standart belgelere ek olarak, S serisi belgeler yorumlar, açıklamalar, sık sorulan sorular listeleri, kılavuzlar, ek bilgiler vb. içermektedir.

GMP+ Feed Certification scheme
 
The GMP+ FC scheme – module FSA (Feed Safety Assurance) is an international program developed by the Dutch feed industry in 1992 to ensure safety throughout the feed supply chain. It guarantees animal and food safety by controlling risks at all stages, from raw materials to end-product, and from storage to transportation.

The Fundamentals of the GMP+ FSA Feed Safety System
The GMP+ FC scheme is based on HACCP principles and aims to manage risks specific to the feed industry. The system ensures traceability and quality control at every step of the production, trade, storage, and transportation stages.


The program consists of four main structures: 

• General (Framework) Documents (F documents);
• Normative Documents (R and TS documents);
• Certification Requirements (CR documents) and;
• Support Documents (S documents).

These documents contain standards and application rules defined for different fields of activity.
 
Reliable Certification
Kiwa VERIN in the Netherlands together with its business partner NİSSERT have been providing certification services under the GMP+ standard in Türkiye since 2007. NISSERT is the only organization that supports Kiwa VERIN with their pool of Turkish GMP+ auditors. With the involvement of Turkish auditors, Kiwa VERIN will perform the GMP+ audits and issue the GMP+ certificates.


With GMP+ certification, businesses can:

Documents related to GMP+ are numbered as follows:

• General (Framework) Documents:  These documents contain the requirements for participation in the certification program for companies and certification bodies (Framework Regulation, logo usage, etc.). This series includes a general list of definitions and abbreviations.
• Normative Documents:  These documents contain international standards for use by the company in relation to various feed products and production stages, including cultivation and industrial production, purification and processing, collection, trade, transport, storage and transfer methods.
• Certification Requirements:  These documents include audits, minimum audit duration, evaluation criteria, etc. Audit frequency and how audits are conducted by certification bodies are also covered. It describes the GMP+ certification process, including certification rules and information required for approval by certification bodies and auditors.
• Support Documents (Interpretation and Accompanying Texts):  In addition to the standard documents mentioned above, the S series documents contain interpretation, explanation, lists of frequently asked questions, guides, additional information, etc.
